Who is behind NŌKOTECH?

Even though NŌKOTECH is a startup from the UK established in 2021, the team behind It has more than 10 years of combined experience in manufacturing, product design, and, of course, indoor horticulture. Different specialization team members came together to create high-end indoor horticultural products for home and industrial growers.

Are NŌKOTECH products high quality?

Definitely! Our team is dedicated to creating only top-level products for the best price possible! We use only high-quality materials and components only from the best companies/suppliers currently on the market.

Moreover, our strict quality control covers many different levels, from manufacturing to packing and shipping the products. We are determined to eliminate any flaws possible.

Where NŌKOTECH products are made?

NŌKOTECH products are designed in Europe and manufactured in carefully selected factories in P.R.C.

Do NŌKOTECH products have a warranty?

We stand for our products, so they have reasonably long warranties.

Even though we have stringent quality control that covers many different levels, from manufacturing to packing and shipping products, a slight chance of possible flaws does exist.

Our warranty time differs from the product and model, for example, LED fixtures have a warranty of 3 to 5 years. You can check the warranty on every product page or in the products’ manual.

If the product shows any defects within this period and that defect is not due to user error or improper use we (if you bought directly from NŌKOTECH) or another reseller bought from, shall, at NŌKOTECH discretion, either replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned products or parts. What payment methods we accept?

Currently, we accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Soon we will add Bitcoin as an option. All credit/debit card payments are processed using the Stripe service.

Do you have a showroom to take a look at the products physically?

Check out our contact page, where you can find the locations of our physical stores. We are ready to tell you about our products in detail and give the best advice possible before you buy.

How can I start selling NŌKOTECH products in my shop?

Any shop can apply for a stockist account on our web page to get wholesale prices and perform orders. You can start by filling out the application form or just contacting us using the contact page.

When applying for the wholesale / stockist account you will be asked to provide: First name, Last name, email address, Phone number, Company name, and Full address.

After reviewing your application, our team will approve, reject, or contact you (by phone or email provided during registration) if any more information is needed for the approval.

NOTE: After making your first order with us, your company will be added to the list/map locations of companies (on the contact page) from which people can buy our products.
